美國企業(yè)對特定一次性霧化器及其組件提起337調(diào)查申請

2024年6月12日，美國RAI Strategic Holdings, Inc.、美國R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company、美國R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company、美國RAI Services Company根據(jù)《美國1930年關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定向美國際貿(mào)易委員會提出申請，主張對美出口、在美進(jìn)口及銷售的特定一次性霧化器及其組件（Certain Disposable Vaporizer Devices and Components Thereof）違反了美國337條款。
