2023年10月13日，美國(guó)R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company、美國(guó)R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company根據(jù)《美國(guó)1930年關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定向美國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)提出申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口及銷(xiāo)售的特定一次性汽化器裝置及其組件和包裝（Certain Disposable Vaporizer Devices and Components and Packaging Thereof）侵犯了其知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。
